We, at Right Proper Shaw, recognized a long time ago that cheese and beer make a great pair. Our cheese counter is curated by lead cheese monger, Kyle Ames, and her team. We have a wide selection of cheeses that change often. Cheeses are available in plates featuring 3 or 5 selections, alongside accompaniments such as house-made jams, nuts, honey, cornichons, dried fruit, and mustard. Cheese plates and party platters are also available to-go.
